I know people (women) are going crazy over Giulio in this series but Melani also needs props for her beautiful portrayal of Gabriels love interest..together they made the books come alive. Melanie is so talented and beautiful not just Giulio..

The love scene was tastefully done. Never seen anything like it. Professional and beautiful and authentic at the same time. Live these two actors and hope to see many more movies. Thank you to all those involved
The way Melanie speaks is so beautiful and relieving to the ears, she's so cute, that's why Giulio likes and praises her a lot.
Even though you could tell she was much older than 23 I found the movies wonderful. The compassion and feelings their characters developed showed in the last scene. She truly did seem timid and he experienced yet afraid in his own way. Truly, the first time I've seen a sex scene be a real love scene. Touche!
Yea, that was the only issue i had too, she didnt look young enough to play a younger / professor kind of relationship. Lol haha but hey nothing's perfect. 😂
The love scene was like nothing I have ever seen before. It looked so raw and real. These actors deserve Oscars for the performance.
Agree. Oscar winning performance! The were beyond stunning and how they made us feel the authenticity of these characters in every scene but especially the passionate scenes.

I absolutely love the love scene. It got me really emotional because of the respect and class and trust it conveyed. It is more like a ritual and this is what actually got me so emotional, but the aftercare part just made me cry of happiness. I was crying and smiling at the same time while internally screaming “Oh My God, Yes! This is what I want, patience and care!”.

It's so nice that the interviewer gave Giulio the time to speak his words. He is not a native English speaker and I've seen other interviews, where they cut to the chase or finish the actor's sentences (not even saying what they wanted to say). She was sweet and just a joy with both of them!
I didn't know about this movie until it was on my recommendations yesterday lol. It was a great one and Melanie just really slayed the character of Julia.

I've heard directors and actors say movie sets were "closed" during intimate scenes, with just key ppl needed to make the scene happen. Giulio said it was like 25 ppl standing around watching them. WOW. I think they were really brave and perfect.
Sooo there probably was not 25 people there Tosca said her intimate scenes only have a few people there ...Giulio loves to exaggerat 🤣 i would guess maybe 10 and under but still alot to me.
@@traceysampson251 Yeah. 10 is better than 25 but still. To be able to do something so different and so so "personal" in front of more than say two or three ppl.... They are beyond brave. I'm still watching it over and over. It's so beautiful. You almost want to look away because their bond is so unique and private. Let me stop....I'm gettin misty lol.

As I remember Tosca said that there are never more than 3 people on set when they film love scenes (the cameraman, Tosca and one favorite person from the make-up-team). By the way: they filmed in a real hotel and the hotelroom was very small. There was never enough space for 25-30 people, not even for 10 people 😉
@@Irol897 I laughed I mean there was no way to fit 25 people in that room 🤣 but thats just Giulio being Giulio lol
I think Giulio, being so very, very Italian, did exaggerate a bit. I know very little about film production but I remember Tosca saying that there are only a very few people on set during intimate scenes and that makes sense. You just have to laugh and believe Giulio. He's so adorable and enthusiastic. I think it's probably pretty warm in Australia right now. Melanie was wearing a halter top. I just love her! I hope during the coming interviews, someone asks them questions about how they became involved in acting and name some actors and actresses they admire.

Thank you, Lauren for these interviews and insights into the books and movies! I actually saw Part 1 of the Gabriel's Inferno trilogy and then got the books- Inferno and Rupture via Audible. So I finished Gabriel's Inferno in a few days which actually are Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the movie. After seeing Part 1, I had a chance to imagine the rest of the book with Giulio and Melanie playing their characters! I couldn't wait for Part 2 and when that was shown, I thought I would die waiting for Part 3. The book of course was wonderfully written and very detailed and I couldn't think of any other actors now to play Julia and Gabriel! Part 3 in the book was so detailed and I was nervous how the 2 would play them! They didn't disappoint- Giulio and Melanie gave life to these beloved characters and Tosca exquisitely
directed them and gave us fans the "best love scene" ever! I have watched the 3 parts so many times and read (listened to ) the books a thousand times as well! The whole experience-SR's books, Tosca's direction and Giulio, Melanie and the cast of the movie made 2020 more bearable for me ! Thank you, Passionflix!

Wonderful interview - thank you, Lauren. I cannot imagine anyone else breathing life into the roles of Julia and Gabriel than these two gifted actors. And they work so well together! I also loved their "looks" for this interview, especially Giulio's cardigan!! I also really enjoyed your Part III interview with Tosca!! I wish there was some way to conduct an interview with SR but it looks like it will always be "virtual" to protect his privacy.
Actually, they could interview SR and do it in the same way that witnesses to crimes are interviewed--distort the voice so that you can hear but you really can't tell if it is a man's or woman's voice. So may people want to know, but I enjoy the intrigue of NOT knowing the "real" SR. 💓
@@Ladypurr That's a possibility - a friend was interviewed in an expose on a company involved in a scam. He told me about the interview. I he hadn't, I would never have known it was him! He was shot in a dark room, backlit so you could sort of see his outline.

Oh, Lauren....just LOVED your interview! Melanie and Giulio were so forthcoming and delightful to listen to. I especially loved to hear Giulio say he loved saying the word Angel-F**ker. I laughed out loud. He has a great sense of humor, you can tell. And Melanie is so sweet and articulate in describing how she moved through the various scenes and the demanding shift of emotions and feeling. It's truly amazing that Melanie and Giulio had such similar work style and ethics. The fact that they are so comfortable with one an other and have such breathtaking chemistry makes for performances that are unforgettable. Honestly, when watching them, you no longer feel this is fiction, but more like you are really part of the story and their lives. Bravo! Gabriel's Inferno actually saved 2020 from becoming a real-life horror show. My greatest compliments to everyone involved in this amazing story!

They are adorable together I love how they joke with one another. That love scene was so emotional. Giulio needs to improve no way he is perfect that Maia scene was so emotional. They are so excited to be back to work love them. I hope one day they will be meant to be

Love this interview. I have OBSESSED with these movies. I cannot stop watching them. I write screenplays and the detail from the book to the screen was definitely there. Even the scarf Melanie wears in the Orchard scene in Movie 3, was spot on. I already emailed Tosca....would love to work with her on a future romantic comedy.

To me, it was almost like I was reading a book from a different writer from a seieries that should have ended at Gabriel's Redemption.
This is to passionflix this all 3 shows was good because the cast is good they are very good actors so Gabriels Inferno is ur best show on Passionflix. So please hire good actors for future shows
