One of Jonesy's dialogues stated that they kidnapped Peely to blackmail Jones into giving the Society information about the past. Probably lines up with Valeria's hunger for power and knowledge and how that quest lead to her opening up an ancient box of evil...

anyway, here is the recipe for brownies!
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
some weed
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
