Check the microphone input on the rear of the radio or if you are using an android phone check the settings on the phone for microphone output.

Make sure the radio is off and go to the menu to make sure Bluetooth is working enabled on the radio. You can see the full menu with the radio off and using the center knob to scroll the menu options

Rodolfo Maldonado change your memory and ignition wires around. You have the red and yellow wires hooked up wrong. Yellow is your 12v hot which keeps the memory on the radio and the red wire is the ignition on and off wire which does not keep memory.

This is only for Pioneer radios. If you have a video screen, you have to enable the parking brake.

Turn the radio power off by holding down the "SRC" Button. Push the large volume button until you see the menu, scroll to Bluetooth section and select delete phone.

What is the model number of this device? Is it FH-X369UB? Written on top right corner of the device.

Vivek Sundararajan it’s the FH-S500 or the FH-S700. Most work the same for the pass 3 years. Just make sure the source is off, car on but radio source is off by holding in the source power button. Then press the center button for the menu
