While refreshing opponents, i was suddenly surprised to see three motorcycle-riding opponents in the race.

How did you go up against three bikes

This is a very rare occurrence that can randomly happen in Goal Attack/Tournament/3 Opponent Arcade races when using a Murcielago/Gallardo/S7/Cobra Concept with only level 1 upgrades at certain speed performance parts. The game randomly spawned me two Ninja ZX-14s and a 999R as the opponents.
