HS/HC Railway line Naples-Bari

The Naples-Bari line is an integral part of the Scandinavian-Mediterranean railway corridor of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T). The Apice-Hirpinia railway section is one of the lots currently under construction. The lot stretches for 18,7 km and will include the construction of the new section of double-track line, 4 new viaducts, being 22 spans the longest and just 7 the shortest one, features 3 tunnels and the new Hirpinia station. A large fleet of Soilmec machines are involved in the ground foundation works including the SR-65 Blue Tech, the SR-75 ADV and the SC-135 Tiger.
