Busy Day at Bescot and Tame Bridge 27 August 2008

Due to engineering work closing the West Coast Mainline through the Trent Valley on 27 August 2008 a considerable amount of Freight Traffic was diverted through Bescot this plus passenger workings including 67s on Marylebourne to Wrexham services made this location a very busy place.
