I want to know how or what is the mechanism by which anemia and thrombocytopenia might happen in fat embolism syndrome?????

Fat globules obstruct small capillaries and cause rash which uses up platelets! Don’t know of anemia

I had this at the end of 2017 i got hit by a car so my femur got broken and i had a concussion. When i saw that i got a huge butt and thighs i was like wtf i didnt know about this before. Im still fat because of that
