- Join us as we head out of the beautiful city of York and stop off at the massive York Racecourse to checkout the Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta
This huge Balloon Fiesta is home to a wide range of activities, stunt shows, giant inflatable assault courses and live entertainment including a huge funfair which has a ton of rides for the whole family to enjoy
In this one I go on an awesome Waltzer, a fantastic classic Ghost Train and ride the very rare Huss Take Off for the very first time, I also show you what else there is on offer including the food & drinks stands, unfortunately due to time and weather we didn’t stay too long
All footage was filmed in 1080p 50fps using a GoPro Hero 9 Black with official accessories

Hi Andy, excellent Vlog, the HUSS take off belongs to Walter Murphy and is currently built up at M&Ds for Halloween, It also has the backflash opened out as well... The other 2 take offs that were in the UK were both technical park models the ones you mentioned in the Vlog unfortunetely they are both sold abroad now, Warren James sold his to James Mellors which is in saudi & the other has went to france I think which was the smaller over the top

Roller Ghoster is owned by Carrick Broughton who travels the ride around Scotland and Take Off is owned by Walter Murphy and has recently been refurbished 😀
Great vlog Andy the rides looked amazing been to York races many times with my dad brought back many memories as a child brought a tear to my eyes stay safe and enjoy Poland cheers

Yeah with the take off I think it’s still in working progress it literally just came out of storage it was in storage for 3 years so it’s nice to see it back
The take off style ride with 2 on is called over the top my brother in law travelled with it for many years I even helped build it up once. It used to be owned by Allan crow

That ghost train was not sooo swift but I loved that different spinner ride it was truly wild and it was a huge fun fair , cannot wait for your Poland trip . Be safe mate and say hi to Lisa please
Left me thinking just too big to be a fun thing what with the long walks, parking etc. Expensive day out for a 'fun fair' especially if you've got kids in tow.

We did Take off a couple of days before you . Shame it only really got intense a minute before ending but a unique ride! Feel for you that is a killer walk to the car 😅.

I'm glad you bought up Goose Fair I'm local and most people are gutted. The council couldn't get their own way by trying to make it a gated pay entry event and the showmans guild said no so the council just cancelled the whole thing!! 🙄
