Hi Codie. This has nothing to do with this video. but I took your advice from a video about three months ago about doing ambient sounds and relaxing music for studying. I just started my channel 4 weeks ago. I am 50 and know nothing about computers. So not only have you encouraged me to start a side hustle, but have encouraged me to invest in myself. I own all 3. They are good. Storage is definitely passive. Car wash and laundromat not so much. Requires daily upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance. You have to be able to fix things, and be available every day or pay someone else to do it.
I wish I had you before I bought my last business. I did all the wrong things! It was my 8th business that I bought but it was in a sector that I knew nothing about so I didn’t pay attention to all of the red flags. I learned so many expensive lessons but I have to say that it almost took me out of the game. I am so grateful to have found you now though because you’re amazing but honestly more so because it made me realize I am not the only one who had made some stupid mistakes. Haha thank you for being here on CZcams for all of us small business owners. It means the world!!!
There is 4 car washes near me, within a mile, on the same road. If I go south a mile, there is 6 car washes on the same road, within a mile. And there are some others scattered in between. I feel like they are over crowding.
Mom and pop car washes are dying out here in southeast Wisconsin from Chicago to Milwaukee. There is a new multi million dollar car wash being built every month around here. I don't know how these outfits make money with how much their pouring into these massive structures
One suggestion -- Get a Wireless Go II device (2 mic bundle) for you and your guest. Your audio will be clean and crisp. Otherwise, good videos (though terrible audio just my 0.2 cents)
@@InvestmentJoy regardless of which mic you use, you have to fine tune it once it's in your editor of choice. I use FCPx and I make it sound crisp post production. If you leave it as-is, it sounds better than not using a mic but not professional and levels are not optimized.

What I wonder, is, if able to make approximately $600/week with Doordash, and saving/reinvesting the vast majority of it, what the fastest way, to start turning that money into financing business that can make more money, would be. What is the cheapest realistic down payment to save up for?
around here banks want 20% down liquid cash minimum, 5 year balloon loan 15year amortization payment schedule and hard to find seller financing. If you want to make a little money in carwashing business start with alot of $ lol and although its not entirely passive like these videos say it is addicting

Here in Kelowna BC (western Canada) it is easier to find a live dinosaur that it is to buy a car wash or a self storage.

Prices aren't favorable to 10k units and we haven't seen the need yet.
