By playing some routes and earning some flightpoints press the contracts and routes and choose a contract by pressing it

Vou tentar passar algumas põe a pilotos nos aviões que já estão com todas as licenças feitas que está pagando bem se você não sabe transferir um piloto para outro avião é só você clicar no avião que você não quer que faça mais voos clique em qualquer contrato depois cancela ele faça isso até dizer para consultar outros aviões para obter mais contratos e veja se era o avião que você queria colocar piloto uma outra dica é você sempre ser ativo no game assim que possível recolher a grana dos pilotos recolha se tiver ofertas de outras companhias aéreas já realize as e outra dica que parece soar meio boba mas faz muita diferença jogue com calma não se desespere vai fazendo as licenças bonitinho fazendo recolha a grana dos pilotos fazer os desafios diários opcionalmente eu uso essas dicas espero ter ajudado
