In this video, he starts working on the nipa roof. Yes, we will place nipa over the colored roof. This should provide a cooling sensation to the structure, and it just looks really awesome! Watching all of our beach land projects come together really has been an amazing life journey here in the Philippines!

Single-handedly, but as I candidly see it, installing halfway up needs additional hands for the nipa to hand it up to the foreman standing above. Franco, he's a good singer and guitarist as Kulas said. I agree with Kulas on putting nipa on 3A House.
Am impressed with the workers on the A-house. Specially the roofing part. To cool off the inside of the A-House from the pre-painted galvanized sheet roofing by putting over a Nipa is a genius idea. Just very natural and common sense! POWER ON KYLE!💪💪💪

Waterproofing was compromised when the wood was attached vertically on the lower part of the metal roof. Not to mention increasing the risk of metal roof rusting due to close contact with the wood when wet. Recommend placing wood vertically to the highest point of the metal roof to decrease direct contact of the wood and the metal further more could have used shingles or comparable material instead of the metal roofing

Speaking of pots(Mad Man's pots). I saw something on the internets regarding clay pots with rough texture on the sides where you can "rest" the seeds of herbs/small plants on the pot's sides. And the clay being porous, one just fills up the pot with water. The water then seeps out of the sides ever so slowly watering the seeds/plants.
And with the idea of my SINGLE ENGINEER 😍😍😘😘
