Good instructional video. One thing I did not see come out of the box was a professional
Printed sticker or decal that says this safe is electronically monitored and will provide an alert of tampered with. That statement would also be a good deterrent against break ins.
@@wrobin8625 That’s great feedback, we appreciate it. And thanks for watching!
I installed one in my refrigerator,,,,found out the light does go out when you close the door and I lost 30 pounds 😂... seriously thanks for all the great information as I start shopping for a gun safe for my home
Hahaha, it was worth making it just for that! Any questions you might have in your new gun safe shopping journey should be directed to us, we’ll be glad to help.
I have one on its way, I was wondering how this item works and connects to the WiFi. Very informative contents thanks…. Can’t wait to set mine up..💪🏽
That’s awesome, thanks for watching and hope you like it as much as I do!
Update so I installed this unit where you installed it, I didn’t get no notifications at all. I had the sensor facing the light and still nothing. So I moved it to the center of the safe, facing the door panel and I got better results. the door notifications came in without a problem maybe just Location is key assuming….
@@739rrr That’s fantastic feedback, thanks! This is so important for anyone reading or me talking to other customers about it. I’m glad it working, man!
You mounted it at the hinge side when the instructions clearly tell you to mount it at the door opening side??
It’s true. I’ve had zero issues, as well. I get my alerts straight away every time. I would assume the thought behind mounting it on the open side would be giving it the best chance at light detection, say if the door didn’t open all the way then less light would reach the hinge side potentially causing the SafElert to not be activated. However, I have LEDs all the way around the opening on the inside, so even with the door partially open the sensor eye catches motion and turns the lights on. Thus activating the SafElert I’ve opened the door. Do you have a SafElert & have you tried it out one side or the other?
I just wish there was a version that was a drict connetion power over ethernet. That solves both power and conection to the internet. Would be cool if they did that with the locks as well but that would take more creativity with how they build the safe.
This is actually really interesting. I do like if you lose internet connection you get a notification. I’m liking what you’re selling here, though.
How are things?! that's cool picture~ A-1!🙂
Thanks!!
Why anyone would buy a liberty safe or Liberty product of any kind following the most resent revelations I don’t know
It’s what makes the world go round, time to move on…
