Neelam try cutting sugar intake for atleast a week and see the difference. Actually as we age, our bodies require less calories and excess accumulates everywhere creating problems like blood pressure, diabetes etc. My husband has lost weight recently and his sugar is in check and doctor has reduced blood pressure medicine. I put 1 spoon of oil in sabji and sweets are only occasional treats that too small bite. Hope bhaisahab gets well soon.

Yr skin might b very thin n sensitive like mine cause once I tried chocolate wax n my full hands got red spots n irritation den I was bk to normal wax n it's fine but yes my skin does turn red after doing so but after an hour it's normal

The fact they are not getting their upper lips threaded shows two things. 1) they are confident with their body and looks 2) their school friends and people surrounding them are not bothered . These are good signs. Better to focus on health and studies . Grooming is important of course but at this age children should learn to be neat and tidy more.
