Thanks Trish. I became a subscriber of your channel today. I just started watching your videos. Do any of your videos handle how to handle triggers? I mean all around us we are bombarded with sexuality, so but they are all but impossible to avoid unless you want to live like a hermit and never turn on your TV or leave your house. I mean you can get a trigger from a TV commercial or a trip to the Mall or Beach. Triggers are the main thing I struggle with. If you don't have a video on how to handle triggers, I would love it if you create one. I'm off to check out your website.

I went ten days and slipped up one time is this considered a relapse and does this affect my progress. I have been struggling with this addiction for 7 years and im 25 now so i know i have to be 90 days clean but i only slipped up once i ditn have a full relapse which consist of me slipping up 4 to 7 times a week i woulr constatly ejaculate

Unfortunately, you'll experience many uncomfortable things when recovering from porn. However, switching up your nighttime routine may help!

I had a good recovery process so far over about 3 months, then yesterday I did a brief sleep albeit only for about 10 minutes but it was terrifying because now I get cravings again. I suffered severe HOCD as well which was PARTIALLY cured when i had sex a few weeks ago, but still a long way to go. I was off work in bed feeling ill so i couldn't go gym which is my normal distraction method from pornography. I really, really need to prevent another relapse as I am now fearing i could be on the verge of a serious one, which would undo the extremely tough progress I've made so far.
Hang in there. I’ve been in recovery for nine months. Dr.Leigh’s 90 program has been a huge help.

Literally only two things ever got me off of porn. Schedule II narcotic pain medication and psilocybin mushrooms. But you don't want to be on narcotics.
Note: but these videos may be mandatory in following through when temptation comes back around. The psychedelics help though, no doubt about it.
