Picked up a new Pit Boss Vertical 5 Series Competition Series Pellet Smoker. I was needing a large capacity smoker. At this price point this one fit the bill. I got it assembled and now its time for the First Burn Off and Biscuit Test. Thanks for watching!

Did Pitboss recently add 5 degree increments? Mine only goes in 10 degree increments.

Not sure. My smaller one goes in like 25's

I had the same smoker mine would have almost a 100 degree difference in temp to what I set it. At 250 it would run 350 if I kept the water pan full at all times it would only be about 50 degree difference. Make sure you keep the water pan full.
