A very nice and informative "JUST WALKING IN THE RAIN & UPDATES" video. Full support already& Best of luck with your shoulder injury, and best regards po/Ned 👍🎉👍 P.S. You're right about the clouds, they do resample a dog, but with a giraffe neck🦒...
I'm in Naga (the Cebu one) this month and I like this time of the year here. The rain makes it more fresh. And it doesn't rain for long period of time, so it is seldom an issue if you plan to go somewhere. Try not to slip though..
You are a brave and tenacious person. The dangers of walking or riding in a motorcycle in se Asia are extreme. The motor vehicle death rate in Thailand per capita and per mile is 21 times higher than the USA. Still the population could care less about road safety. But if you removed your silly face mask during COVID-19 they would think you're a murderer. The danger in the Philippines is just as high. It's not worth it
I love walking in the rain, gives you some peaceful time for thoughts and reflections of your life's journey. I'll be there this november, I'll stay at the Quest hotel for 6 days then on to Iloilo for my first leg of my journey in the Philippines. My question, I've been googling condo rentals in Iloilo, and I've been told to get an agent to help with finding the right condo, and also others said do it by myself. So, which is better, with or without an agent. then, after finding one, do I have a lawyer look at the contract or do I just read it myself. I used to be pretty good in haggling in my younger years, but now I'm 74 and very mellow.
Good questions James. Most agents only have a limited number of units, 1-5+, that they "manage" and little motivation to show you much more as they have to share the commission, usually 1 month rent on a 1 year lease. I would do some research on what you are looking for and see what agents are listing those sites. The leases I have seen are easy enough to read through and understand so no need for a lawyer in my opinion. I understand getting "mellow". LOL.
Has it almost been a year since your shoulder injury??? Wow time passes fast!! Shoulder injuries are hard to get over … Hope your shoulder continues to improve !!
Rod its probally good you sold the bike im still riding my scooter but i know its dangerous i try to keep away from every one when driving the bike now that you hurt you self i could be bad to your body if you fell off i know i have plate below my knee but that was i fel of a crate painting few years back in Nailon near Bogo
I never been to Cebu city Philippines and to what I see at 9:00 looks a lot like Seoul Korea just needed more skyscrapers, I could see the landmarks farther ahead and the ocean, is Cebu city bigger than metro Manila when it comes to landmarks?
(Johnny Ray.) Waddya doing , 'just walkin in the rain;, at night Rod? LoL. General Maxillom St/ Mango Ave? Its cold here, unlike July last year when we came back, it wasn't so bad. Climate Change ? Yeah right! LoL.
Rod if you really want to replace your shoulder you might want to check into St Likes hospital in BGC. it’s very expensive but a top notch hospital. I had a stroke and an heart attack in 2019 and they were very good. I have a name of a neurosurgeon there in the hospital who saved my live if you need it.

I made that walk pretty recently from the Red Planet to the Howling Dog. Did you stop into the 301 to get out of the rain?
We did celebrate the selling of the bike at the 301 Saturday night Tom. Cold beer and a good pizza.

I will just rent in the province when I travel Kriss. The parking here was 3k so quite expensive also.
That Dog is looking out to sea looking for me to return or more like telling Biden to retire!! 😂

Cebu City is much smaller than metro Manila. I usually call it a small big city.
Okay thank you sir for letting me know, I am just lazy to goggle it 🤝😂

Thanks for the info. I will see how rehab goes the rest of this year and make a decision in 2025.
