Magnussen Retractable 9mm Utility Knife. New to my EDC Rotation

I purchased this Magnussen 9mm craft knife for my EDC (Every Day Carry) rotation so I don't need to worry about damaging the blade on my small non locking pocket knife.
I purchased it from Screwfix (shorturl.at/otJY7) for £4.49, when I first started looking at it I thought part of the handle was made from plastic but on closer inspection it is actually an alloy of some kind👍 with a rubber grip.
At some point in the future I may pick up its large brother the 18mm blade version which is a lot larger.

They are very handy for the purpose of saving wear and tear on your main blade. I carry a similar type of knife with that in mind.

I used to have a Stanley knife like this a long time ago but have no idea where it went. I do prefer the cheap plastic version from Harbor Freight. They are .69 cents here in the US so buying several won't break the bank and you can use the same 9mm replacement blades and they are very sharp!

That is a locking knife so not legal for edc, or did I miss something?
