Lovely house. Being very narrow with high ceilings it could have looked oppressive but the amazing interior design really complemented the space.

Bath is a beautiful place but this really does not show it at it's best. So much of the house looks cobbled together which for the price just isn't what you would expect!

Also Lansdown Crescent is well worth a trek, everyone goes to the Royal Crescent, but for great views and peace head to Lansdown.
I don't think the kitchen/sitting area really works the way it is. Looks cramped. I'd maybe move the dining table into the sitting area and maybe make the third floor bedroom facing the back into a media/multipurpose room.

That bathroom on the ground floor separate from everything else is an odd choice. There’s not even a cloakroom down there, just the bathroom and nothing else…strange. As for the rest of the house, it’s very nice and good value for money considering what you get and the location. Even if it seems to be on quite a busy road. Not keen on some of the more modern decor choices used here mind. Love Bath though, I know it well.
How high are those ceilings? 4meters?

Taking a bath on the ground floor ,with really nothing else on the ground floor, is just creepy😬 The 2nd floor bathroom is much nicer 😊 I like the bathtub in the bedroom but it would be better if it were positioned in front of the fireplace😉

I went uni in bath for the past 5 years. Worst experience of my life. Pretty much London prices everywhere you look at whilst theres barely anything going on. Incredibly racist too, would avoid if you're a POC
