I actually like it. I sprayed in on while at Macy's & then left the store. I went back to get the exact name and drove home and kept smelling my hand. I'm going to get a full bottle this weekend. It's very nice to me!

I absolutely love this scent! So fresh! I don’t like the original one, too heavy for me😅
I actually like the smell of the new one. I wasn't a fan of the original.
I bought it, I like it! Much more than any of the other Thierry Mugler fragrances
Ive never liked an Angel before so this is good news to my ears.
Last week i was in thw parfum shop and i sprayed it on and i was like, hmmm not feeling it!... later when i was outside driving my bike i was like, what is this amazing smell💙🖤 it was Angel elixer.
It is so different from Angel but i really do like it!

Ooh, I’ve been waiting for your review on this! So interesting they are moving away from their orig scents but not the branding. I think I remember similar sentiments when Nova came out bc it didn’t have much Angel essence in it, but it was still a great scent! I have a 20 piece mugler collection and a lot are Angels, so im a loyal fan. But even then… Not sure I would buy this one… right now I’m feeling Gris Charnel cuz the fig is divine. I might save my monies and buy the extrait version of that one instead.
I still can’t wait to smell it and didn’t expect it to be like the rest.

They should put this as Alien godddes Elixir. Angel with out patchouli is not a agel I thought this will be similar to disscontinued angel muse...As a customer I feel cheated and very disappointed also this perfume is not cheap for designer
This sounds so disappointing. I was so hopeful when I first saw this was coming. I should have known better, considering how far from the originals all their recent releases have been. I wish they would just give up on the Angel and Alien names if they are unwilling to use the DNA.
I agree. These design houses aren’t what they used to be. Just a mere shadow of what alien and angel used to be

Sad! Glad to have my 1992 Angel and some of the older flankers. This might be a nice scent - they should call it something else vs Angel. It’s marketing - and they are not getting my $ on this!
Hi Arlene, I am going to smell it soon. Valentino Born In Roma intense is not for me. Opening is gorgeous coconut, but than nooo. I am staying with my alien goddess intense.

I anticipated that with a dark blue bottle this new flanker would have been something closer to the original angel, with the original powerful formula. At the very least they could have given some patchouli and a deeper darker scent profile. Perhaps they have done so many flankers that they were running out of colour ways to use for the packaging? I agree that it seems like it should have been an Alien flanker and doesn't seem to fit the Angel profile. Why bother continuing with the whole marketing scheme. It's becoming a joke in my opinion. Take the word 'Angel' out of the name since the official designer name is Mugler. 😒

It doesn't even rate a 3 on Fragrantica. I may never get a star bottle as I haven't liked any of the Angel line. I guess I'll give up.

This is a flanker from Alien goddess Intense which I don’t like it at all…. Imagine my face when I wear my sample. So disappointed 😡☹️

I'm so disappointed with this one. Reminds me Donna Born In Roma or Black Opium. Another boring fragrance for mass appeal. Nothing common with original Angel. Unfortunately L'Oréal destroyed Mugler fragrances! 😢
Only a disappointment....I prefer the original Angel best...my signature perfume....i luv its strong, alluring, enticing fragrance...it's an unforgetable and unique smell...
