Great solid content! Most of the condos I search on YT only have Thai agents reviewing them...its refreshing to find your channel and its in English! Not sure if the Thais are renting or buying these high end condo projects coming out, but most of the content seems targeted to them however.

How bad are the mosquitoes in Thailand? I ask because when I travel to Florida, I get eaten alive.
