2:34 Did some research, and it seems the song says "Miyo, Mikado Yoshino", which can be roughly translated to "Behold, Emperor Yoshino." If that's true, that's really cool.
If you want to go down another research rabbit hole, compare this song to Paul Haslinger's song "Warehouse Shootout" released just a year prior: czcams.com/video/qN-wTi6tmcA/video.html They're literally the same. I don't mean the same sound-profile, I mean the two songs literally use the guitar riffs and electronic sounds in the background.
This is one of the main reasons I enjoy playing as the Rising Sun, this awesome theme comes on when the tide of the battle turns in my favor, and when the enemy is hanging by a thread and nearly completely dead. That and Yuriko! :)
LOL. They would rather try and find a way to attack an Imperial base from behind where the chances of encountering Yuriko are low. But the moment they start a sneak attack on the Imperial base from behind is the moment Yuriko starts to come after them.

@Wojti 2000 well Did you know China is afraid on the philippines in 1972 because Ferdinand Marcos can beat china we don't need china we need a RED ALERT 4
Ah yes!!! This is my tune when I release Yuriko Omega along some King Oni’s, some Wave Force Artillery’s and some Chopper VX for anti air support! Boom instant win! No one can match with the *EMPIRE OF THE RISING SUN!*
Yoooooo, this sounds almost exactly like the song "Warehouse Shoot Out" from the Shoot `em Up Soundtrack by Paul Haslinger. It has the same heavily distorted guitar riff and same electronic sound. And I mean the same SOUND, not like a sound-profile. Listening to the guitar riff in Warehouse Shoot Out, it is literally the same freaking riff, but this song put it in the background! The song even ends the same with the brass section build-up!! Someone else please listen to this! It's literally the same song!! czcams.com/video/qN-wTi6tmcA/video.html
I looked at the release dates of both the film and video game in question. "Shoot Em Up" released in September 2007, Red Alert 3 released in 2008. At first, I was thinking Paul Haslinger and James Hannigan may have just shared loops and stems, but after listening to this song a few times and then listening to "Warehouse Shootout" I am confident James Hannigan straight up stole it without crediting Paul Haslinger.
2:34 "MEEEEEOOWWW~"
i can't unhear it now, thanks
"Who needs friends"
Yuriko said as she made the Allied MCV fly into the air.
And spin wildly... And then safely return to its place just because she got killed by a few Riptides.

I think that is "Yoshiro"(吉郎?義郎?), not "Yoshino"(吉野). Yoshiro is the emperor so has no family name.
