I looked at the release dates of both the film and video game in question. "Shoot Em Up" released in September 2007, Red Alert 3 released in 2008. At first, I was thinking Paul Haslinger and James Hannigan may have just shared loops and stems, but after listening to this song a few times and then listening to "Warehouse Shootout" I am confident James Hannigan straight up stole it without crediting Paul Haslinger.

I think that is "Yoshiro"（吉郎？義郎？）, not "Yoshino"（吉野）. Yoshiro is the emperor so has no family name.
