Now my intake about these current battles of today and I am from that school and know what the fuck I’m talking about ! The problem that I see as a former dancer and house dancer, many people think that acrobatics is what makes the dance in hip-hop genre. However, that’s not true, first, the dance & the acrobatics you must be on point with the rhythm, beat and steps before you think you could call yourself a BBB. I have witness Red Bull competition and it’s always fixed when you are in another country who knows shit about hip-hop, genre and dance. USA got the best hip-hop dancers and Breakers than any other country who profess to think they are superior than US. Acrobatics don’t make you a BB, but a gymnast & to be a hip-hop dancer, You gotta have a soulful spirit, and know how to follow the music and the Beat accordingly. Thank you❤🙏🏼

Im from Cali & US has embarassing powermoves. It's cuz Americans don't help eachother when it comes to airflares. They just want to sell courses. So naturally the US will lose at power in 2024. U can almost bet ur bottom dollar in the the US will not come in first place in breaking in 2024. It will be like China, Korea, Japan, or Russia.

That's all because the culture. In Japan it's about being the best, honing your skill. In the US it's about passing the gatekeepers and never straying too far from foundation. If that doesn't change the US will always lose international battles. Rare exceptions are Victor and Zeku. We keep looking back at where its from never thinking about where this dance is going.

Both team Japan and team America are winners in my book! It is a beautiful thing to see dance that originated from the black neighborhood street corners, alleyways, and backyards of of the hip hop, breakdancing, beat street, crush groove culture be recognized, embraced, and perfectly executed by damn near every culture upon every continent of the world 🌎..to me is just amazing!
Self expressed ART, Music, love, and rhythm have NO COLOR or boundaries! It truly has brought newer and older generation closer much more OPEN and sharing as a community! And to think...??
that once upon a time NOT TOO LONG AGO, in the early 80's...here in America when hip hop/breakdancing/MC'n/Dance battles, beat box, scratching records, sampling hard beats, the Stylez etc etc was in its infancy....guess what popular opinion in America said and used to think
    about it?
    👇🏾
That it was just another fad that would go away and not be popular just like all other music! Ha! Boy how wrong and clueless they asses were! But hey...what's new about anything that American blacks have done or contributed to American history🤷🏾‍♂️👑🇺🇸🙏🏾🇯🇵❤️👑

USA 🇺🇸 👑The Bronx where it all started HipHopNation4Life🇵🇷👑🇺🇸💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿
Now my intake about these current battles of today and I am from that school and know what the fuck I’m talking about !

Umm.. New York created bboyn.. LA got good at it in the 80-90's. But it's 30 years later after the internet hit. All of the secrets NY & LA tried to hide came to light due to the internet. To this day, the airflare is the best kept secret in bboying. It's the only move that English speaking people actually sell courses on in 2024. Again, imo, high level American bboys would rather keep the secrets to 90's, airflares, powermoves, etc.. to themselves & start a tik tok and ig for followers, than teach their claim to fame. Cuz if they gave away their nuanced knowledge for example how to hit 5 rounds of 1990's then they would have less followers on tik tok and ig if more people could do it. It's no wonder the US is coming last place in bboyn on the world circuit. That is why there are very few american bboys that got good toprocks and style.. 10 year youtube airflare progressions for american bboys.. shoudln't take 10 years and that's due to the culture of others not helping eachother. That is why the US doesn't have powermoves down as good as other countries in 2024. Other non English speaking countries actually tried to help eachother learn airflares & other moves, so naturally, on the world circuit, u won't see too many American champions due to the selfish American culture. I'm not trying to put anyone on blast, this is just my honest opinion as a 1990's bboy from California, respectfully.

What Culture?! 😆🤣😂😂it’s from TheBronxHipHopNation4LifeOriginalSchool will always DOMINATE & HATED by all other Countries!! Japs were extremely soft & can’t bring it with The Dance but trying too hard to fit in. They won obviously in their home soil and me like:” WTF” Blacks & Latinos are Superior Dancers than any other Culture & Race✔️
