Winter session in mountaineering camp New Ala Archa 2018

The Siberian team of climbers held winter sessions in Ala Archa. They made 6A grade ascent to North Korea and took a swing to a giant traverse, it was assumed that they would ascent 11 peaks. The film is about how Siberians wintered in Kyrgyzstan.
Mountaineering camp “New Ala-Archa” is one of the most popular places for climbers training in the post-Soviet area. Favorite peaks of the region: Box (4293 m), Free Korea (4777 m), Crown (4860 m), Semenov-Tian-Shansky peak (4895 m) and others. The climbers come from the Ratsek (3400 m.) site, five-hour course from the National Park Ala-Archa (2,200 meters above sea level, 40 km from Bishkek). There is an excellent road from the capital to the gorge, you can stay in a hotel for the time of acclimatization. In the Ratsek surroundings, climbers spend nights in Light House hut, from where, in fact, they make trainings and sports climbing. Here, the guys eat three times a day and gain strength for training.
