Yeah beignets should be unavoidably messy and covered in sugar. Sad they were abit tough but maybe it was a sitting batch.

Gumbo fries are definitely a thing in Louisiana at local places basically a spin on cheese fries.

Gumbo needs rice. And that looks like pretty good if you like New Orleans Creole gumbo. Personally I prefer Acadianna style Cajun gumbo, darker and not so thick. But thatâs a personal preference, mostly depends on where in Louisiana youâre from.

I prefer to make my gumbo Acadian style too, as passed down through the generations from my French and Cajun ancestors.

Just hearing Jason is from Philly so now I'm getting why I get his humor or sarcasm as Eric would say. That's just how we roll. No critters for an animal band up here but some suspects that look like Lari are around.

The 1st Tiana popcorn is almost the same thing I normally order minus the pecan pralines so it sounds delicious but the 2nd one sounds intriguing

The amount of powdered sugar on the beignets is so much less than you get at Café DuMonde in New Orleans
And there won't be honey on them at CDM, Café Beignet, Morning Call or any other Greater New Orleans beignet house. This also includes Coffee Call in Baton Rouge where the French Dip is every bit as good as the beignet fingers.
Eric and Jason, going forward only them and nobody else. Sorry Tom but they're they are the best people for that kind of "mission".

If the food is bad, can you get a refund? I got a cookie at AK a couple of years ago that was so bad, I asked for my money back. It tasted like flour and water. Disney keeps upping prices and the food quality keeps dropping.
The popcorn plain popcorn holder is sad, couldnât disney go for some color on the outside of that? This is 16 bucks, make it look special

Pecan is pronounced pea-can not puh-caan. The animal band would tell you the same thing.
I once took a New Orleans tour and the tour guides said, "It is pronounced 'puh-cann'. A 'pea-can' is what you put under your bed."

They REALLY need to sell the popcorns in small sizes for less. These large sizes arenât practical for carrying around. They would sell so many nor if they were sold in cup sizes for $5 People would buy them constantly!!!!!
