A tip for getting extra crunchy chicken skin that won’t fall off: put all the chicken in one container when coating it with flour- it makes less room for the flour to escape insuring the flour seeps into the cracks of the chicken skin ❤
And use corn starch, not flour. Flour gets soggy when you fry it, but not corn starch?
