1) Go on the ISTQB website, go through the syllabus of ISTQB thoroughly
2) Join any coaching Institute, you can purchase a course at Udemy or you can subscribe to any youtube playlist
3) Start Preparing Chapter wise, Complete it chapter wise
4) Give at least 10-15 mock tests on ISTQB before appearing ISTQB and Solve ISTQB papers

As per my understanding the answer should be B but in answer sheet the correct answer is option D.

Both B and D are covering four partitions. But in D it's considering values present in the middle of the partitions. If we consider B it's mainly focusing on boundary values if they ask questions with both BVA and EP our answer should be B Or D is more suitable..
