Hey I have no idea, never seen this bug. Maybe its missing some Windows permissions. Try install tools in different drive or contact Techland support

I can only get a motorcycle, the plane does not appear
I will look into this. Meanwhile make sure you installed both data3.pak and res_lib_plane, not _bike
