It sucks cause may of us feel bad, we don't want to give you your order wrong. But no money to do this, plus having to spend more in gas and time, and losing out on other customers hurts. That and a lot of times if we did go to the restaurant we no longer have the evidence on our phone for the order so unless they remember us they could see us as just trying to get free food. Policy for Doordash is to contact customer service, have them refund you or contact the restaurant for you to remake the order. Nate going to the restaurant himself is the smartest way in my opinion. Cut the time and middle man. I always pick up my food.
