I did some research and apparently Bali has around 500,000 tourists each month. If you calculate the visa amount to get in at $50 USD that’s 25 million per month. Why are there still people suffering and why is Bali still in need of work? Where is this money going?
taking into account that Bali has a population of nearly 5,000,000 people, that works out at around $5/month per person for all the infrastructure, roads, education etc..
