    Beef or any Protein of choice
    Stock fish

    Seasoning cube / any Seasoning of choice
    Little Onions to season the meat
    Ogili Igbo ( Locust beans paste)
    Pepper
    Crayfish .

      @@youngvagabond7768 oatmeal isn't same as ede but is as near to it as it could be. If no one tells you it's oats used to thicken the soup, you won't know.

    So glad to see you back Ezinne. Missed your sweet voice 😊. Oxtail is one of my new favorite thing now. It’s really yummy. Yes you’re right, the palm nut concentrate is way better . Since I tried it I knew I wasn’t going back to palm oil. The different is very clear. Wow Very generous of him to give you all that ogili.
    It looks very very yummy. The color is popping and the consistency is perfect. 😋😋.

    Spatula(flat wooden kitchen spoon) is easier to stir with and it also protects the inside of the pot from scratching
