- Riding Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Rail Green Line or Fair Park Line (train model: Kinki Sharyo) from Union Station in Downtown Dallas to Fair Park Station. DART Rail Green Line is the only line that stops by the State Fair of Texas at Fair Park Station. Also, DART has a special rail line that travels between Fair Park to Downtown Dallas (Union Station).
It is recommended to board the third car of the train since the first two cars are crowded (and standing room only).

If you’re wondering where does it go after that It goes to the yard to loop and go back to Union Station
I usually get to the state fair by taking the TRE from Richland Hills Station to Victory Station and then taking the green line to Fair Park
Which ticket did you purchase !
@@sanitaaaaaa get the regional day pass
Regional Day Pass ($12) for unlimited rides for a day on the TRE and DART trains/buses.
Great Video Man!!!
Nice video man!
Great video.
I can't wait til the Rolling stock is replaced...Would be nice to have the newer Kinki Sharyos Like LA metro.
Also I'll be glad when D2 gets started
Thanks. Me too! I can't wait for the D2. Although, I really like this Kinki Sharyo model...I'm going to miss when DART replaces them in the future. Right now, BART (SF Bay Area) is replacing all of their old fleets. It is sad to see the older fleets go...there's a history/memories behind it.
@@HOUExplorer what model train do you think DART will use next?
That's a good question...maybe Siemens...
@@HOUExplorer Are their any other LRV providers besides siemens?
CAF Urbos and Kinki Sharyos are another LRV providers...others like Stadler (high speed rail, intercity trains, commuter rail, and streetcar), Brookville (focus mainly on streetcar or locomotive), Hyundai train (commuter rail).
Bro I went to the state fair like almost a month before this vid in October and it wasnt really crowded at pearl for me prob bc I went at night
