No domingo, 10 de junho, dia que as difíceis ondas de Itacoatiara desafiaram os tops do circuito mundial de bodyboard, os surfistas Guilherme Herdy e Bruno Santos aproveitaram as condições extremas para fazer um treino de tow-in.
Os atletas niteroienses ganharam recentemente um jet-ski, cedido pela Cervejaria Noi, para formarem uma dupla na modalidade. Em potentes ondas de dois a três metros, com vento terral, ambos mostraram habilidade nos tubos das pesadas ondas da praia de Itacoatiara, em Niterói.
