With the panic attacks. I had that shit to thought I was dying too the first one.
I was driving then had my first major one, on the footscray exit on the freeway. I thought I was dying. Heart attack etc, you know how it goes.
It's hard to explain to others who think, it's all in your head n shit.
I was bad for years. Valium was my best friend.
I'm better now. Mostly
