Nice video. I'm trying to get the hang of using my rudder to tighten loops and the like - watching that rudder wag helped. Thanks for the earlier videos on that topic.
As a Noob with 417 games in WoWP, 3500 in WoWS, and about 10000 in WoT this is what I 'feelz' about WoWP:
    1. Pilot skills are the real gold in this game - as they are with the other two titles. They are the hardest 'currency' to acquire and you need them as you move up the tech tree lines. Your 5pt skill between the ears can help overcome a gimped pilot, but for the normal Noob you better slow down and skill up your flyer. This is what takes the TIME. And, if you don't do it you may as well get a special 'Target of Opportunity' marker on your plane - that is what you are.
    2. Credits are a bit harder to come by in this title when matched against the others. I think that may be because it seems much harder to acquire the bonus mechanisms for buffing credits. I find myself not running bonuses because of that. This is an issue with credit grinding, PilotXP grinding, and XP grinding. This game feels VERY stingy in this respect. This may be an issue with my tiers - my top tech tree planes are Tier Vs, but...
    3. I have no problem with XP. It is difficult to acquire boosters, but I have not had to sit around in a plane that I have already proven myself in. I mean, I normally think (I will get to that next) I have at least a 50% WR in a plane and an extra PilotXP or two by the time I want to bump.
Now, about having to think, guess, fathom, hope, whatever about my WR in a particular plane. That should be a basic stat I can look quickly at. I have just found a way of seeing it by using the clan page, but it should be obvious. Odd, very odd.
Finally, the specializing mechanism and the ability to do it to low tier planes is odd and a bit disruptive.

Pilot XP is the slowest grind in the game by far, even with the extra you can add in once the plane is Elite. I don't have a problem with credits really, but I do invest in premium and spend a good bit of time in my premium aircraft, so that might be why.
The specialization system was controversial when it launched (several long time pilots and community contributors quit over it) and it's still probably one of the worst decisions they've made. Unlike Tanks where the system adds only a little flavor, specializing and aircraft pushes its power dynamic incredibly high.
That and the skill grind combined are the reason new players struggle so much in the game. The deck is quite literally stacked against them.
