Hey Paul how long did it take to be able to shoot with your weak hand and do you have any tips
Teach youngsters to take their time, accuracy is more important than blistering the corners @ 100 mph, which we all want to do, walk them through the footsteps like it's a dance, placement is everything, goalies today are so good you have to research their tendencies on film. Before every game, no matter where you are, inspect the two creases. What do you see? Last night' rainstorm changed the dirt (assuming it's a grass field) and now that bounce shot is driving the goalie crazy, goalies hate bounce shots. Slow down, be more circumspect with your techniques, the way the game is evolving, you better be ready, you better have skills.
