Hi Mel, reference your comment about pie floaters and getting it from the Aussies. Please let me explain.. The Aussies treat pies like Brits treat pasties and sausage rolls as a takeaway food.. The term pie floater comes from the old pie and mash shops in London.. the pie and mash is on the plate and the liquor is poured around the plate, hence the floating bit.. p.s it should be mushy peas not garden peas.

Reverse osmosis will even take salt water and turn that drinkable. One kind of problem you could argue with it, is it strips all the good minerals too. But considering how fine these filters are, that's not a bad flow at all!

You are going to love RO water, not. It tastes terrible. You can add a little calcium chloride to RO water to 'sweeten' it and make it taste normal. Tap water is generally slightly alkaline, RO is about neutral.
