Thanx bro really appreciate what you are doing. Don't think about the mistakes we all do mistakes. What's important is your knowledge. Thanx again. Cheers. And keep'em coming.

The undercarriage needs a good cleaning and lanolin-based spray on

nice content, at 04:49 the rectangular box looks like a car audio amplifier, what actually is that and its function?

if you pause @12:33 you can see the shaft has some blacker than normal looking wet spot, is that normal? or is that and indication that something is busted?

That arm hitting the spring and high angles you are on about. Would that not be sorted with the weight on the vehicle?

08:40 What did you say? When Toyota upgraded the injectors? I have a 2007 Lux with 130k....

They usually have injector problems, had a bad rattle in mine around 180,000 kms

    • @cardona54321

They are usually recommended to be changed approx every 200000kms sometimes earlier though, (also around this timeframe the intake manifold can get pretty blocked due to carbon from the EGR system) if you can get a workshop to check the injector compensation values and rail pressure it can give you a bit if an idea on the condition of the full system. Suction control valves in the pump can play up from time to time but is a pretty cheap fix but you will need to do a pump relearn to calibrate it, also if it gets a does of dirty fuel it water/rust in the fuel it can damage your injectors and pump prematurely, also the stepper motor on the turbos are known to fail occasionally and require a replacement turbo to fix, I used to run a diesel workshop in Perth and these were the most common issues, overall they aren't a bad vehicle I hope it helps any potential buyers

@@rocar8243 that's not a good run on them, 130kms is quite low but I have seen it happen occasionally..... Unfortunately common rail injectors aren't the cheapest things in the world too!
