Good one.Those interested can check the fib reversal at 3 and 4 will trigger reversal from point 5 at 123%..Look for reversals at point 5 either Doji or for confirmation a Dark cloud cover with highest sell volume..It’s a beautiful pattern

Basically it is not a new concept, it seems new because the basic market behaviour is fitted into rules.
According to A L Brooks in his trading trends book, chapter of trendline it is normal behaviour of trendline.
He says any trendline(here line joining 2 and 4 points) has trend channel line ( here line joining 1 and 3 points) which can be drawn in opposite side of trendline.
Whenever market bounces back from trendline and overshoots the trend channel line (breakout at point 5 on 1 3 line )the chances of reversal are more and market may test the trendline (2-4 line).
Trend channel line overshoot or breaking doesn't sustain and in many instances breakout fails to test Trendline.
And if trendline (2-4 line) also breaks the next target is support below the trendline (that is line from 1 and 4 previous HH and HL joining line).
That's it nothing rocket science.
Forget about points and counting just draw trendline whenever possible, then draw trend channel line on opposite side by joining higher high (or lower low in case of down trend).
Wait for Trend channel line overshoot and breakout to fail.
Achieve the target of trendline. That's it.

Hi, thanks, actually as you have taken the Nov 18th video which is a Friday, so, I opened the Trading view and checked the next trading session which was Monday Nov 21, and actually as the "sweet zone" as Mr. Inder says, crosses or breaks, the market went quiet high,. if we practice more, this seems to be very good strategy. Another tip once 3-4 forms use the 123% rule to predict the reversal zone.can be drawn in advance

it was interesting ,acha tha, i felt good watching it . i observed as per the line drawn in nifty the target was coming at 18345 and i remembered on twitter p r sundar tweeted that he had predicted that if nifty goes above 18350 then it will go up ,niftyu did go above 18350 and touched 18500 ,so it all matched ......

Yes , horizontal channels during periods of consolidation imply it can go either way.
He told that it is right according to him, but it is very difficult to catch point 5, that too in intraday, yet this technique can be very helpful in swing trading. Thank you friend for sharing a difficult but effective technique.
