- Mother Mary is best known as the Mother of Jesus. Her human life of deep spiritual faith and compassion made an indelible mark upon humanity. And since her ascension into heaven, she has continued to be a greatly influential healing and guiding presence on Earth. Mother Mary is famously known for leading the young Saint Bernadette to the miraculous healing waters of Lourdes. In one of Mary's many appearances to Bernadette, when asked who she was, replied, "I am the immaculate conception." Because the words "I am" are the name of God, and also the name by which each of us calls ourselves, this statement reminds us that we are all one, each an expression of God.
"I am" is the divine spark of consciousness we share with the same force that created the universe from scratch. Jesus said "I am the resurrection". Mary's son knew and practiced that "with god, all things are possible," and was thus able to perform miracles. And you can perform miracles too. Mary's mission on Earth is to help each of us enter that Christ consciousness in which we realize ourselves as God, as capable of doing all that Christ does and more.
Mary is especially interested in helping children and parents as they create a more peaceful and harmonious Earth, and to help each of us to heal and embrace our inner child, so that in the wisdom of our innocence, we may realize our innate divine power. Call on Mother Mary in any situation that calls for comfort and compassion. Mary's wish is to eradicate all forms of suffering on Earth, and is always there for those who need a Mother's comfort the most: for the sick, the homeless, the poor, or the broken-hearted. As you strengthen your bond with Mother Mary, you'll find that not only are your health and happiness greatly uplifted, but so too are others around you, as she guides you to perform her healing work on those in need.

They were quick to make sure that it was God alone who received the praise and rejected men's praise as no doubt Mary would as she would never want to detract from worship from God. And Mary is not the I am. Acts 14:8-17 The Apostle John was forbidden from worshipping an Angel when he was met one and wrongly began to worship him. He like Mary and others are fellow servants of God and would never desire it. Revelation 22:8-9 …8And I am John, who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had shown me these things. 9But he said to me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God!” and we should not be unwisely intruding into things unseen. Mary has instantly relieved me of severe stomach pains I’ve been experiencing for months. The pain and vomiting was the worst feeling I’ve ever had in my life. It hurt so bad that I wanted to die. I kept praying to God and the saints to heal and comfort me as I lay in pain. But I found that as soon as I would pray to Mary, my body would instantly stop shaking and my stomach would stop hurting. the healing meditation of Jesus , really helped me just now. I have been ill for the last two months and I am waiting to go to hospital. as I am a Christian my church and my friends and family , have done a lot of healing prayers, for me in that time but this meditation has given me the peace I have been seeking within my body and soul and the relief from the pain that I am in I felt my whole body tingling and alive and the pain has gone I can think so clearly. This meditation is therapy but not spirituality. It works by inducing good feelings, but I would suggest prayerful meditation on the mysteries of the rosary.
I tried this meditation today. I have something physically wrong with me and I have been scared. I felt so at peace, and there were a couple of times during the meditation that I actually had tears in my eyes because I felt Her presence with me. I felt such a loving energy and calmness come over me. THANK YOU so so much for this meditation. It is BEAUTIFUL and I will continue to use this time with Our Blessed Mother each day now. Thank you. How beautiful and helpful and calming.
Instead of these kinds of feelings based things I would advise praying the rosary daily, meditating on its mysteries. That is a way to truly be with Our Lady and Our Lord, truly spiritually not emotionally.
