I’ve been w my husband since we were 18. 25 years , and we have twin 14 yr old boys. This is a long story short. My husband is an alcoholic and has been in and out of detox a few times this year. Because of that we argue I’m not perfect but my dad was an alcoholic so I don’t understand why he would become one. Two weeks ago he went to work to plow because we have a snowstorm, I’m in Boston. Like I said long story short that was two weeks ago you never came home because we got in a texting war over the tax check. I know he was probably partying and drinking for a week straight. After a week which was last Saturday he ended up at his parents house which they live in the same town as us and he was crying saying he’s so depressed because he’s overweight and an alcoholic doesn’t have a steady job and he said he wanted to kill himself so his mom checked him into the hospital and he’s been there since it’s been about a week in the hospital so two weeks since I have really seen him. We did text back-and-forth about a week ago and he was blaming everything on me. I didn’t want our relationship to end like this I still love him with all my heart and always asked him to go to Family counseling but we never dId. He really hurt me this time I guess the only reason I want him to text it is to say sorry but he won’t ever say sorry. I just can’t believe he hasn’t texted me at all we’ve been together so long I at least deserve that dont I??
