He's name is Hyungwon (you're right) aka Dj H.One.. Hyungwon, Jooheon and IM produces most of Monsta X track nowadays, which I LOVE...same for me too Ammy, I wasn't really into them back then but after You Problem, certainly become a Problem for me 🤭🤭🤭

the song is very confusing when you hear it for the first time, took me a while to figure out that the beginning is a chorus, the same Minhyuk and Joohoney do a bit later but when I.M starts he is already in the chorus... and the song is just pushing you upwards only to leave you with blue balls in the end cause you want more? 😂
I think you mean it's hype but laid back, a mature hype somehow which is VERY them, you can also see that in their choreographies. It's not in your face aggressive dancing but it's also not slow or boring, they have choreos that fit their songs and are more about details than extreme moves.
Even though the genre changes, the Monsta X sound stays, somehow you always know when it's Monsta X, they're versatile but distinctive at the same time which I love about them.
About Joohoney I can only say, he is one of the best rappers in the industry, his energy and charisma are hard to come close to. He isn't just a rapper though, he is an artist, he loves music and he loves being on stage and that's what he shows us proudly. He was on Lee Mujin service and sang a few cover songs, also talked about how he thinks as an artist and producer. And I mean yes he could always sing more but he already sings a lot. Since I became a fan, which was 4 years ago, he did more and more singing, on shows, karaoke with members (like have you seen his Aespa Covers) and on the albums. A lot of b-sides have his vocals nowadays, so you should really check out more. We just adore him here because next to all that he is a sweet and humble guy with a lot of energy and a lot of love. 🥰
