I was actually taught one portion of milk to four parts of water. Then the water is two parts boiled water and two parts cold water. That way you may not need to put on fire . Her video is good. You can try both to see which works for you.

Try freezing those 3 pear shaped bags. They will go well as desert ice cream, once frozen take out at room temperature for 15 minutes and then blend or scrape shavings to eat. Yummy.
