Mind The Gap - Legendary SWR Guard as train arrives at Poole

Whatever he’s on they sure don’t sell it at the buffet car.....Legendary!!
I think he is an Essex boy from Canvey- does anyone know him???

Well spotted Grid Nutter- Legendary indeed!!!!Sadly on the last couple of journeys when he has been the guard I haven’t heard a peep out of him- instead the boring recorded next stop announcements were played:-((
Not certain if SWR are insisting on this due to COVID, but sure makes a duller journey!
PS did you see the grid on the Bmth Pig drag on Monday- also pretty legendary!

@@NedPooleD818 I did manage to see the Grid but things didnt go well. When the train came out the depot the brakes were slammed on leaving the Grid so tight to the London end of the platform i could not get a shot of the front. Then when i videoed the departure on my phone i got bowled by a unit. Very very annoying. Pics are on my Flickr site, search for stevegrid56

Don’t know his name, but a definite Essex accent and a regular on the Bournemouth- Weymouth route:-)
