I like to collect pokemon cards but sadly I don’t know how to play it .I watched a lot of tutorials but still at least i know the basics just I don’t know how to build my own decks.lastly i have no one to play with😅
4-1-3 is pretty standard for Rare Candy decks. You only run the one Frogadier because of TM Devo potentially hosing you, you don't actually want to manually evolve into Greninja, its not worth taking the time to do when Rare Candy exists. Notably the deck runs Pidgeot, so realistically you only have 3 candies to use on Greninja and with 3 Greninja in the deck the math works out that you'd only need 1 Frogadier. This is the case for virtually all stage 2 decks abusing Rare Candy.
An idea I had for this deck was using 4 froakie, 2 frogadier and a 2 2 split of the promogreninja ex and new greninja ex. Also using baxcalibur for anergy acceleration plus regular stage 2 rapist strike inteleon for the ability and instantly getting a 240 damage from the 300hp greninja ex promo.
We play expanded so we can use card that have been rotated out but maybe you could use a pokemon that has poison ability on your opponent's active pokemon to achieve that 240 damage with the 300hp greninja.

lol don't use that radaint tarsina because that's play stamp and those are rare, more of a thing to put in binder!

It is but I feel like it’s too slow, maybe if you pair greninja with baxcalibur to accelerate energy

Rapid strike inteleon the stage 2 one? That’s rotated out
