This I almost exactly what I'm looking for it's just like a bit to big to wear on my bag strap. Like if you just added the Velcro phone pouch to a flat outter zip wall. 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 But alas my search for a pouch that carries both my phone and portable charger continues
