I am amused that Australia is a Captain America expy, and our sibling is Agent Aotearoa. I am also amused when Scandinavian countries get characters who look straight from Norse myths, like Iceland is Jotun, and Norway is a variant on Thor, borrowing a bit of the bulk of GoW!Thor, but closer to MCU's hair colour.
@@PhantomFilmAustralia and US and Canada are just Batman on steroids. I'm guessing we could say that US also is with Superman powers. Maybe Japan's can be something different, like he's got control over the elements but he's especially strong at manipulating other people's minds. Like being a telepath but he can kill by a single look to normal humans. Even other superpowered beings can get killed if they're not mentally strong enough against those mental attacks.
The twist is the AI was programmed to create superheroes, hence the folklore and flag detailing, but it chose to make them look more like villains, cause that is what they would be to other countries, weapons of mass destruction.
This legitimately feels like some long lost Neil Gaiman comic I love how all of the villains have such unique designs but also contain integral pieces of a country's culture and history. If they didn't have the captions, you could still probably tell which villain is meant to represent.
Who else thinks that Italy's supervillain design is the best one? Because it's only the background and style, but also the charisma of the man. Looks like Patrick Stewart...
Except for Japan. Someone who's studied Japan a lot, for my own joy and because I genuinely like their culture (although I admit parts of it are unsavory) , but it doesn't look like anything I'm familiar with in presenting Japan. US just look like a mix between batman and Superman. Which is a deadly combo.
He is probably a descendant of Polish kings, who wants to restore monarchy, unite the former lands of Old Rzeczpospolita and destroy his enemies, making his new kingdom the greatest power on earth. He's an evil mastermind and tactical genius but he is very stubborn and prideful which leads to his downfall to the heroes, he may also be brother of the Lithuanian villian.
Some of these I can definitely see, but some not so much. Either way though I would love to see them find a way to do something with this. Something more expansive like their backgrounds and what their powers/abilities are, and maybe even going beyond that to full stories/videos of them as supervillains conflicting with heroes.
Yeah exactly. I've got one idea already that could work with some flushing out: That would be cool to have a whole comic series formed around the countries of the world, with their own superpowered beings representing their countries, and instead of it being wars fought between the two sides, the governments control over these different villains and anti-heroes, and eventually the villain's come to see their countries as weaker than them, that their governments have no real control over them anymore and they can do whatever they want. They start rampaging wars against their own countries. However, other 'world power' countries want those poorer countries and their super beings held in check. So, the countries come to a secret meeting place, all the world power countries present their own superpowered beings, and they then come to an agreement. They will have tournaments to settle their world differences. Whoever wins this tournament, with their superpowered being representing them, has 'control' over the whole Earth for 2 years. Meanwhile, that country's "champion" gets to retire and live a life of riches and a quiet life in a place of their choosing. Some of these beings are allowed to live after the tournament to either continue to hone their powers further, or just to retire. To try again in the next tournament in 3 years time. If they are able to survive the trial of the next tournament. So, I'm thinking something Kinda like the Olympics, but with superpowered beings, and also like The Hunger Games, but all with differing world-breaking powers, and with those countries wanting world domination for those years. Well, there are those with morals who think their governments are corrupt, but would rather be able to fight the evil that is the other countries supervillain blindly. Of course, it would be those same villains from the smaller countries, and from America, Canada, and GB, who form alliances to fight their governments, but also fight the other world powers bad and corrupt. That would become the anti-heroes and would go and investigate on their own, on a mission, to find out what is really happening. They realize that there are villains representing the other countries, and that some of those countries (*cough* Russia and US *cough*) are using their own against each other, making the superpowered villains fight each other to learn who will be representing their country. And they further developing the super 'hero' to world-breaking levels. However, this does not come without warning by the scientists and developers. Letting the countries know that these beings are being self-aware of what's happening now that the tournaments have been done and the countries (the names could be changed) that have won the most have been the most dominant with their superpowered being. Being a formidable foe. These same villains, after learning what their countries are doing, and learning that the countries send their one chosen to do, which is to find out who is strongest out of all and what world power will be in complete control for the next 2-3 years, well they learn on this mission that these world powers all are furthering the superpowered beings and the next strongest one will take the next weakest ones place. Until they have a perfect killing machine and weaponized human basically. I'm thinking the Japan, Canada, and US, as well as a few others, could be the anti-heroes who go in search, together, for answers to their newly self-conscious and aware of their own existence and want to find out what their existence actually means. Which is that they must fight in this tournament to have a chance of retirement and riches. And they no longer want that. I get a hidden Superman vibe off the US one, the Japanese one however, I think that would be the one that surprises everyone with his powers being that of perfect martial arts learning and absolute Learning, this is not me being racist in the slightest it's just how I genuinely think it would be.
This is so cool and kinda makes sense if you really think about it. Mankind is evil in general, but I would love it if they did superhero’s next and see what kinda designs it comes up with if mankind were pure and good.
This would make for a good animated sires. Each time the country's villain kills another country's villain, that country takes over until they take over the world or something.
People are touting AI art as the next thing... yeah... it ain't there yet. The seeming void in creativity among artists is what makes AI look so good right now. The villains all looked cool enough, mostly, but very few among them were unique in any significant way. And many were just buff dudes covered in unnecessary textures.
Cool imagery but I think many of them are too generic and barely have anything to do with the country they represent. I'm Portuguese and have absolutely no idea how that villain references the country in any way. It almost gets the colors right (the red is off though), but that's not our flag and the background isn't at all a Portuguese style castle or palace.
For a second I thought you missed Greenland, but then I realized that it is part of Denmark. Would be interesting to see if Greenland had its own villain though
the one from Mexico looks more like an Aztec god fused with a Mayan god and with the combination of an ancient warrior. as if he had lived and seen everything in existence as if he had already traveled everything and seen everything.
it's interesting to think about maybe this is how some of the people in each country would symbolize power. for italian it might look like a priestly figure. for some the power is more direct (muscles, symbolizing military might)

Indian supervillain is an ancient one, having lived 1000s of years, he has been living a low life learning everything that India has been through.. he has mastered the mystic arts, has superb control over reptiles, is 1000000 times more venomous than anything alive. He feeds on souls of people and this give him strength.. he is also supreme form of a yogi but have chosen the dark path.. He desires nothing and that is what derives him to turn everything into nothingness 🔥
Thrawn is French. Joker is Hungarian....
these are some interesting AI kitbashes.
Grand Moff Tarkin is Italian. lol
@@ScholarVisualinteresting that, when he was supposed to be like a British Empire officer.
Croatia Looks like Agent 47 Haiti looks like a Fallout Ghoul and New Zealand is the Mysterious Stranger, Hell Iran looks like a Dollar Store Joker.
@@timothyharris1125 New Zealand is Agent Aotearoa. The world's most mysterious secret agent, who, if caught in a trap, can conjure up a long white cloud (LOL, on the name meaning) to cover his escape. Also, he knows every haka.
(Why yes, as an Aussie I am very fond of our sibling nation. I will always support New Zealand.)
Oh and as aside, I am imagining Agent Aotearoa regularly feeds Captain Australia info, even if he thinks Cap Aus is a total big strong bogan idiot. Agent Aotearoa keeps Cap Aus in line and on their days off they play a bit of backyard rugby or cricket, and fight over who gets the last slice of pavlova and slag off about America and Britain over beers.
France is more like a Napoleonian Peter Greene in the Mask (the actor's name is Greene...in the Mask...so I guess the French Supervillain actor must be Pierre Bluee)
Asian Villains looks like someone with no super powers but shit ton of plot armour
Most of them look like Batman. The Haitian supervillain looks crazy with the skull for a face. The Italian one looks like a Pope. The North Korean one looks like those supervillains at the end of a video game who just can't be defeated, he looks bad azz.
Me: "Wow, Estonia looks so cool, I wonder what Finland looks as a super villain."
Wild Social Justice Skrull appears.
Me: "..."
I felt the exact same. The ears were what sold it.
Okay, but did anybody else noticed that Ireland is just a picture of Conor McGregor?
Iran looks eerily similar to Ayatollah Khomeini, too! Surprised Mongolia wasn't just Genghis, come to that.
Absolutely he doesn’t even need a costume since he’s always wearing suits just like that one perfect match
2:00 Dominican Republic is a Captain African America.
Did not expect Bangladesh to be here. Pleasantly surprised, he looks amazing.
The twist is the AI was programmed to create superheroes, hence the folklore and flag detailing, but it chose to make them look more like villains, cause that is what they would be to other countries, weapons of mass destruction.
This legitimately feels like some long lost Neil Gaiman comic
I love how all of the villains have such unique designs but also contain integral pieces of a country's culture and history. If they didn't have the captions, you could still probably tell which villain is meant to represent.
No you wouldnt, theyre random
Ngl some of them look similar, it’s hard but still possible to recognize
Who else thinks that Italy's supervillain design is the best one? Because it's only the background and style, but also the charisma of the man. Looks like Patrick Stewart...
Also, quite realistic as "next Prime minister" look... I bet his superpower is genius plotting.
Italy always the most stylish
It's funny how Falcon's Captain America is the Dominican villain 😂😂
Yep, but with a cape. And notice how his face is like Nick Fury's
I think you got it wrong-Bulgaria is NOT the one with the vampire...I'm not complaining though, it looks freakin sweet
One of the Most Interesting videos I’ve Ever Seen !
Scary as Hell too !
It is impressive how the folklore of each country is mixed into those characters.
Cuba looks like the chillest super villain but still unfathomably powerful
It looks like Rauw Alejandro or Maluma.
So the Indian villain is basically a swag Dhalsim 😅😂
2:25 Ethiopia looks like the Predator on a hunger strike. 😂😂
Im just glad the Indian one wasn’t a damn Elephant humanoid.
@@apoorvanand9627 would've been lame, it's still lame compared to other countries
@@ms.550 yeah its not the worst but definitely not the best. Or even that satisfactory. He looks more like an alien salesman.
@@apoorvanand9627 yup
I love how Croatia is just Agent 47
Amazing Ai art, one of the best I've seen so far!
Chile with a large city with skyscrapers and snowy mountains in the background is completely on point.
Not to mention their villian.
Love the look of him!

There are some really cool looking action figure concepts here.
Yeah, a great inspiration for a figure collection made by some indie toy brand
Awesome China, Ukraine, and Russia were perfect. Haiti was amazing.
I prefer Arabian countries. Very unique designs
The fact that the USA supervillain looks like Batman is fucking awesome
It's neat how some look Meta, some look supernatural and some look like normal politicians.
Croatian villain looks almost like a Hitman and the English one really reminds me of Eredin.
The italian one gives me Pope vibes.
vietnam lowkey looks like some far cry antagonist
Like a kitbash of the Viet Cong from the FC5 Hours of Darkness DLC with Castillo from FC6.
Polish - excellent Elite Badass 👍
Gr8 work, connects to our history.
Waiting for next uploads 😊
He is probably a descendant of Polish kings, who wants to restore monarchy, unite the former lands of Old Rzeczpospolita and destroy his enemies, making his new kingdom the greatest power on earth. He's an evil mastermind and tactical genius but he is very stubborn and prideful which leads to his downfall to the heroes, he may also be brother of the Lithuanian villian.
Haiti probably my favorite. The Vatican looks like something that is actually running that place.
This would be one badass video game....with these characters
I like how NK's supervillain is just a more badass version of Kim Jong Un
I mean he's a pretty evil guy can't do much better than that for NK
I love how Ireland & Scotland are basically the same character except Ireland gets a green suit & Scotland gets a kilt 😂
Azerbaijan, Dominican Republic, Norway, and Jamaica's guys seem cool. I feel like those guys could hang out.
For most countries if these supervillains take control is terrifying, for some countries including mine(Iran) ,honestly, that would be an improvement😂
I've got one idea already that could work with some flushing out:
That would be cool to have a whole comic series formed around the countries of the world, with their own superpowered beings representing their countries, and instead of it being wars fought between the two sides, the governments control over these different villains and anti-heroes, and eventually the villain's come to see their countries as weaker than them, that their governments have no real control over them anymore and they can do whatever they want.
Wished they all make this an actual online game or video game to see how great it is to played as them.
Yea, and comic book
@@dragonleg8700 Indeed.
I love how the AI actually used a real NK looking dude as their supervillain.
This is so cool and kinda makes sense if you really think about it. Mankind is evil in general, but I would love it if they did superhero’s next and see what kinda designs it comes up with if mankind were pure and good.
Every country: monstrous, grotesque, powerful, scheming, evil-looking
Italy: scowling grandpa
it's a priest. he diddles the people in his congregation
Italy just looks like a regular old guy 😂
4:45 Buff Kim Jung Un
The China one goes so hard holy shit. All of them do. Cybrus out here looking like Cable
And many were just buff dudes covered in unnecessary textures.
these would make for the most EPIC animated show
Cool imagery but I think many of them are too generic and barely have anything to do with the country they represent. I'm Portuguese and have absolutely no idea how that villain references the country in any way. It almost gets the colors right (the red is off though), but that's not our flag and the background isn't at all a Portuguese style castle or palace.
No! Metal cats is totally you
It's an alternate universe bruh
Definitely creeping into the Uncanny Valley with a lot of these. Come to think of it. Imagine an AI trying to maximize the Uncanny Valley
Luxembourg slaps harder than it needs to
Still hundred times more lethal than Lichtenstein Prime One Million...

I didn't know Patrick Stewart was Italian
For a second I thought you missed Greenland, but then I realized that it is part of Denmark. Would be interesting to see if Greenland had its own villain though
It'd be too easy though. Just picture the hulk in viking armor.
the one from Mexico looks more like an Aztec god fused with a Mayan god and with the combination of an ancient warrior. as if he had lived and seen everything in existence as if he had already traveled everything and seen everything.
Mexican luchador.
I was thinking a pro wrestler vibe. Much like bane.
Mayan luchador
Algerias supervillain looks scary tbh
it's interesting to think about maybe this is how some of the people in each country would symbolize power. for italian it might look like a priestly figure. for some the power is more direct (muscles, symbolizing military might)
