Could be wrong, but I believe liquid IV is designed to be salty when you are hydrated enough. Every time I drink it, it’s super sweet. Either way, I’m currently obsessed with the sugar free white peach! Sooooo good
I use liquid IV as I work outside every day. But I put 1 packet in a half gallon and it’s much more tolerable. I second the other comment about the white peach!

Thanks for the video and inspiration to declutter! Just to be a help, au jus is pronounced “ Oh joo.” Pumice is pronounced “ pum iss” like the food humus. Hope that helps!

(As I was saying au jus I knew it was wrong but the correct way wouldn’t come to me) 🤣 I don’t know what it is, but honestly forget how to pronounce things, when I turn on a camera. I have another channel that’s a podcast, and I will mispronounce the most basic words! 🤣🤣 sometimes I realize it when I’m editing and sometimes I realize it while I’m still recording in my mind just goes blank and I cannot come up with the correct pronunciation! I think it has more to do with “reading on camera” if I’m just talking it’s fine, but the second I read a word that’s pronounced differently than it’s spelled, my mind blanks 😆
