I been seeing alot of snagging vids in middle tn and honestly me and a buddy used to do it all the time till he walked up and burned my line with his cigarette because the warden showed up. I havent went since . I looked and some of these rules say a certian distance from the dam. Then some say no game fish. So im not super sure
