People that dislike Frankie always say the same thing: "I saw him on Big Brother." And?! That was a year ago and diehard, crusty ass BB fans can't let it go. It's both laughable & sad, tbh. Instead of becoming hot-n-cold with fans, while demanding money with no actual entertainment, he's been landing consistent jobs post show. Everyone that actually meets him has nothing but good things to say and this interview was great from start to finish. I went from someone that was indifferent to him on the show to now looking forward to seeing more of him. Whether that be on BB or not -- he's a lock for All Stars, sorry BB uglies -- the man clearly works hard & loves what he does. Keep doing you, Frankie!

it's because of the big brother stuff. I watched big brother, and he was a little obnoxious on the show, but some people just can't let that go for some reason. Frankie's fine!

+Emil Baratheon Frankie is very talented and got RECOGNIZED because of Ariana. He would still be doing the same thing if no one ever knew he was her brother. And it's not like he's talentless. He has a large amount of talent. But like the content above said, you're entitled to your own opinion.
I did watch the interview and It didn't change my opinion of him. No shade on his talent. Of course he's talented, he wouldn't be on broadway if he wasn't. I dislike him because I find him, both when he was on Big Brother and since, to be very egotistical, self-centered, and arrogant. Of course, it's good that he loves himself, but I think it's possible to love ones self a little too much.
+Edchaser23 It took him years to get confident and comfortable with himself, what he went through wasn't easy but now he's at a place most people could only dream of. The self-love is never from a place of Elitism. He's never hard to work with, never difficult, superior or demanding etc. That level of self-love allows you to give immense love back to people, which is why he's happy and why so many are drawn to him IRL. I always see yall praising insecure people and tearing down the confident ones down. He fucking loves himself, and so should you. Society got it twisted.

I only learned about Frankie after he was on Big Brother. There wasn't an episode that went by where he didn't mention that Ariana was his sister.

Roman DiFranco No, he didn't speak of her until day 49. Before that, he referred to his sister as "Ari" and didn't mention that she was a singer.
Roman DiFranco He didn't mention her for 49 days and when he finally threw the bombshell they were so stunned they completely forgot to backdoor him. And he could finally talk about his family the same way they'd all been talking about theirs. He's always been proud of Ariana even before she blew up and she's exactly the same. They don't stop talking about and supporting each other. It's because they come from the most close-knit, loving, supportive, family-orientated, strong Italian family.

Dont get me started.... to be truly honest I was a bit apprehensive about watching this episode as Frankie is not my cup of tea, but I am glad I watched it. I feel that I got to see and hear the real him without an ounce of exaggeration. Will keep up with his new endeavors from now and am really excited to see what he brings to the entertainment world in the future.

Also: Frankie's season was kinda crap too. It's like the American version is more interested in "Hey we're on TV and this is real life and drama drama drama" as opposed to "We are playing a game." And it felt like Frankie and Derek were the only ones who actually came to play. Pretty sure Victoria is still there looking for hair extensions.
Unless I missed it in a episode, they really need to show the distance from Lady Red's spot to the couch!!!

F: You have to remember that you are constantly under the pressure of the game so in my mind, and that’s what happened with Zach...when you're in the house you think it’s a game. So I’m just like 'Is this straight guy just using the gay guy to go further in the house?' Coz I…if I walk out of this house and I found out that I was being manipulated by a straight man, I will cut my head off
J: So if you saw some confessionals later 'I have this fag wrapped around my finger' that would have been-
F: I was terrified. I was terrified that that’s what I would walk out of
the house to, I was like 'No, I just… no. It can’t be real. We
have…can’t be real' and also what help was it? What help was it being
real? Whenever you have a real relationship in the BB house they break you
up. Immediately. That’s rule no. 1 - break up the romance. So if we did
have real romance and we did actually start pursuing it in the house the
only thing it’s gonna get me is evicted, so how is it helpful? I didn’t realize how true our bond in a house was. Like, how much we were actually in love. Until I got out of the house.

Being in the BB house must suck on some levels because the casting doesn't usually give you more than one gay guy. And it's hard to go all Gary Glitter without being ostracized because of it when you have no one to bounce off the walls with. I KNOW I would have gone crazy for sure without being able to sing and be creative.

Sorry... in Mariah's defense, mama brings it hard in her Las Vegas show. I saw her just last month and not only did she kill it vocally but she was talking and just enjoying her audience and we enjoyed her. Hope Ariana can do at least half of that... and I like her.

I'd ignore all his supporters & haters though and just click on his channel if you're actually interested - you prob will find he's hilarious & a well rounded guy.
Sarah Koval Did you know that joke was started by Christine B., continued and ended by the straight men in the room yet Frankie was the one who ended up apologizing doing so privately, publicly and sincerely? Explaining both comments in detail and genuinely apologizing because he actually has a backbone and is always willing to learn and correct his mistakes. His HGs are all still close with him and support him like family. Yet the shocking racism, homophobia and violent threats by the women and men in that house were swept under the rug because BB has the largest homophobic Middle American audience and the Media didn't give a flying fuck about any of their mayo asses. Absolutely nothing wrong with being an extrovert and loving attention, he knows it and owns it lol. Frankie is a Tony-nominated producer and Triple Major who inspired his lil sis to dance, sing, act and join the industry, he's worked his ass of for years and got his break finally. He's been doing non-profit charity work and making people laugh for decades. You don't have to follow him but he's a good person who has more than earned his dues.

Her whole career doesn't revolve around that performance and trust me...the amazing performances outweigh her one bad performance. Listen, I don't like Frankie either, but some people are just extra. Now, I'm not a man or gay, I like all the parts, so I don't have too much insight about how his behavior may or may not be aggressively stereotypical femme gay. But let him be as gay and flamboyant as he likes. I know most of the showbiz gays are like that, and it can be annoying af, but let him be. It's just how the cookie crumbles. If you want less flamboyant gay professionals don't look for them in showbiz, maybe try architecture or some shit.
