Hey Guys, it is IMO, without doubt the best working machine out there period. I had mine since 2018, have 14000kms over approx 1400 hours. Just finished my fall maintenance, all fluids/filters, skid plates, and I did my bushings/sleeves. I use it for running the girls(dogs), snowplowing in winter, and summer yard work. Last year I pull a 3/4 ton truck out of the ditch, just using low and loc diff. No problems. Enjoy your machine, I love mine.
I bought the exact machine back in the spring. It has become my most used piece of equipment by far. The things I added are the Boss V plow, radio, front and rear led work lights, rear bed seal kit from side kick, rear bed mat from side kick, 4500lb warn winch, sun visors, side mirrors off eBay. I had an rtv 900xt I sold years ago and regretted it.
Thanks for posting! I enjoy Kubota RTV videos. I purchased a Kubota RTV X1140 for working around our property with the extra large bed, hunting and taking the grandkids rides when they are visiting. I looked at all of the side by sides out there and if I hadn't purchased the Kubota I would have purchased the Kawasaki Mule. I went with the RTV because my Kubota Diesels have never let me down. I have almost 1,800 hours on my ZD326 and it runs and looks like new. A gas engine hits it expected life span around 1,500 - 2,000 hours in my experience. I also figured the hydrostatic drive, if serviced properly, should outlast me. I also wanted the hydraulic dump bed. Trying to dump a full bed of stone or dirt manually is not my idea of a good time. By the time I configured the Mule to match my X1140 it was just as much money and not built as well in my opinion. You picked a great machine! Enjoy it!
Thank you !! So far. I have nothing but good things to say about my 1100. I looked at a lot of different brands and the days of flying around at 50mph are behind me … I’d rather invest in something quality that will last a long time . My former diesel z-turn was a BEAST ! What a cutting machine it was. My only issue with it … was I would lose the backend on inclines if the grass was wet. It was a little too heavy and I needed to keep my 4 wheeler at the ready to pull it back up when it did slide down. Other than that… if it wasn’t for the HUGE price difference (mine was a 2011 31hp) and I paid around $11k or $12k…. I would have bought another. But now , they are out of reach for me… so I bought an RTV instead and love it !!!!!!
I get that …. This machine is truly a “compact tractor” With the engine and hydro- static drive… It will most likely outlive me. But for the price. I def think they could have refined a few of the little annoyances that I ( and many other owners) complain about. Even after owning it now for 3 months. I would still buy one again.
I have a Kubota Rtv X900 and 2 Kubota Rtv 900 all three models have gone wrong the hydraulic drive pumps go on them on the very back of the machines. They start to slow up and they do this over time that you hardly notice it. I’m very surprised that Kubota hasn’t fixed this problem. The pumps if they don’t destroy them selves inside can be fixed but it costs thousands to have them rebuilt. Hopefully you won’t have this problem
Do you work your machines really hard ? I plan on using mine more recreationally than work with the occasional work day thrown in there. This is a real problem that Kubota should address. Thanks for the heads up
goodmorning, maybe you have some that are no longer in use, I can just have them, I really want them, but I don't have any prices yet, even if it's old, it's okay😊😊😊
Nikitl fuller nice to meet you it's a pleasure God bless you
